ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL – YANGON (MORNING/MIDDAY FLIGHT)

Upon arrival at Yangon Int’l airport, meet guide then transfer to hotel for check-in.  In the late afternoon, visit the Chaukhtatgyi, the colossal reclining Buddha; and Shwedagon Pagoda to have a sunset viewing, an inspiring golden stupa which is one of the best landmarks in Myanmar. Overnight in Yangon. Remark: Early check-in is on a request basis and there no guarantee it will be provided.

DAY 2: YANGON FULL DAY TOUR

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to a full day tour to Yangon. Start visit to the city center a colonial-style building; and Sule Pagoda, a landmark in downtown Yangon; National Museum, a unique place to learn more about Myanmar, its culture and people. In the afternoon, proceed to a famous shopping center, the Bogyoke Market (formerly called Scott Market), where you can see varieties of goods ranging from handicrafts to clothing and local foods. Then visits Kandawgyi Lake, where you can take photographs of the panoramic view of the lake overlooking the Shwedagon Pagoda; and Botahtaung Pagoda.  After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Remarks: Bogyoke Market closes on Monday & Public Holidays. While National Museum closes on Monday, Tuesday & Public Holidays and the above-mentioned places of interest for full or partial sightseeing in Yangon may be modified or altered on the depending on traffic and weather conditions.

DAY 3: YANGON – DEPARTURE

After breakfast at the hotel, check out. Free at your own leisure until transfer to airport for departure.
